Blog 1: Introduce Yourself.

My name is Kristen Taylor and I am from Worthington, Ohio. I’m a freshman at The Ohio State University and my major is Pre-Athletic Training.  I hope to one day go to graduate school to become a Physical Therapist.  I’m not a very complicated person at all, and most days you can find me just hanging out with my friends doing absolutely nothing.  I have one older brother named Scott and him and I are really close, he’s definitely one of my best friends. My family and friends mean the world to me; they are hilarious and I couldn’t imagine what my life would even be like without them.  In my spare time I like going out, hanging out with friends, having fun, and being outside (only if it’s warm).  I’m obsessed with Nutella, Grey’s Anatomy, gummy bears, dark chocolate reese cups, and Bradley Cooper.  I hate scary movies with a passion; always have, always will.  My favorite foods are pizza and pasta and I could probably eat them every single day for the rest of my life.  I love all types of music but if I had to pick a favorite genre it would definitely be Country.  I sing and dance all the time even though I’m probably only embarrassing myself.  I’ve worked at Target for almost three years now and I absolutely hate it, but I love the discount and the people I work with.  I actually like vegetables.  Chocolate is my biggest weakness, especially chocolate covered strawberries.

  1. Hmm thats weird I'm also obsessed with Nutella, Grey's Anatomy, Reeses, and Bradley Cooper. You remind me of a friend who I went to Florida with who also embarrasses herself while singing and dancing. She likes to sing 'Backseat" while we are on the beach !!

  2. Oh yeah you know you liked that dance, and so did all the people walking around on the beach. I'll teach you if you buy some nutella for us! We're having withdrawals.

  3. Have you taken any classes for pre-athletic training yet? If so, how are they? I'm thinking about going into athletic training or something like that. I'm also a fan of Nutella, country music and chocolate.

  4. Yeah I took AT 303 spring quarter and I really enjoyed it. We got to do a direct observation with one of the athletic teams here and I was placed with the Men's Volleyball team and it was a really good experience and I learned a lot. I really recommend taking the class, it was my favorite class so far here at OSU.

  5. That does sound like great experience, I'll have to see if I can take the class even though I'm not pre-at. Thanks!
