If I could live in another generation I would definitely want to go back to the 80s and be a teenager. I don’t know much about the olden days but from what I’ve heard from my parents it sounded like a lot of fun. My parents went to concerts all the time and back then tickets were cheap. I’ve seen pictures of my mom in little belly shirts and bell bottom jeans and I wouldn’t mind wearing that if it were still socially acceptable today. I feel like back then there wasn’t as much stress as there is today and people were just happier and more carefree. I think if I went back in time I would just want to be my mom back then when she was growing up. She lived in a small town, had the cutest little blue sports car and did whatever she really wanted. The only thing I would change would be her hair, that was a little wack. Her clothes looked cute, she was the tiniest person in the world, she didn’t have to work and she went to all kinds of concerts that she likes to brag about. I do like living in the era that I do today because we are so much more technologically advanced and can do so many more things and have so many more options for what we want to do with our lives. I think that it would be fun to go back and see how other people lived but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay there forever.
