“With your first year of college comes the freshman 15.” We hear this from everyone around us on almost a daily basis; our family, friends, other college students, and the media. With so much pressure in our society today to be perfect many girls and guys go to great extremes to prevent it, many of which are harmful to their bodies and health in general. The freshman 15 can be prevented in a healthy way and it’s not that hard to keep the extra weight off. We’ve all had those late night pizza runs, depressing days where all we want to do is lay in bed and eat, and days where we would rather die than drag ourselves to the gym. These things happen to everyone.
I don’t know what I’m going to title this paper yet. I think she said something about putting that somewhere in the blog. But someone in class yesterday had a funny title: Welcome to college, here’s some extra weight. I will think about what to title it today. Had to post this blog this morning. Long night last night…..
